To start a non-judicial foreclosure in California, the necessary
documents are enclosed for your convenience. The document
needed to start a foreclosure is called a "Declaration of Default and
Demand for Sale".

Also we will need a document called a Substitution of Trustee naming
California Trustee Services, Inc. as trustee under said Note and
Deed of Trust. If you need help with this form we will fill it out
for you and e-mail back to you for notary signature. Once completed
and signed, it should be returned to our office along with a readable
copy of the Note, Deed of Trust. If terms have been modified, please
include copies of modifications and/or assignments.
