principal balance of the loan.

PRE-PUBLICATION TRUSTEE'S FEES
Commencing with the actual recording of the Notice of Default and
continuing on the time the Notice of Sale is mailed.

May be charged if Trustee's Sale is actually conducted.

Statute allows $425 or 1% of the principal balance, which ever is
