Duties

Trustee has two distinct duties pertaining to the Deed of
Trust.

1. The first duty is to reconvey at the request of the
beneficiary the beneficial interest in the secured
property to the Trustor (the Borrower) once the note has
been satisfied.

2. The second duty of the Trustee is to handle any
foreclosure proceeding's at the request of the
Beneficiary (Lender) if a default occurs.
